Getting started

No. Swapoon is account-free for standard swaps — no email, no password, no KYC. You only provide the address where you want to receive your funds.

Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BSC and Solana — across native coins (BTC, XMR, ETH, BNB, SOL) and stablecoins (USDC, USDT). The full list is shown in the swap selector.

Yes, each asset has a minimum (shown as an estimate error if you go below it). It exists to cover network fees and keep swaps economical.

During a swap

Most swaps complete in a few minutes once your deposit is confirmed on-chain. Timing depends on network congestion and the number of confirmations required for the coin you send.

We detect your deposit, confirm it, perform the exchange, and send the output to your address. You can follow every step live on the tracking page.

Your order enters a review state. Depending on the case you can continue at the current market rate or request a refund to an address you provide.

Yes. If a deposit arrives late, under, or over the expected amount, you can choose a refund on the tracking page and enter a refund address.

Fees and rates

Rates come in real time from our liquidity providers. The quote you see is an estimate; the final rate is locked when the order is created.

No. The rate you are quoted already reflects the cost of the swap. Network (miner) fees are inherent to blockchains and are accounted for in the amount you receive.

Crypto rates move constantly. Between quoting and the moment your deposit confirms, the market can shift a little, which can change the final amount.

Security and privacy

No. We never hold your funds. Your deposit is routed through our liquidity providers and the swapped coins are sent directly to the address you control.

For standard swaps we ask only for your receiving address. Some provider-routed swaps may retain limited connection metadata for compliance. See our privacy policy for details.

Yes. Monero (XMR) is fully supported for both sending and receiving, in line with our privacy-first approach.
